If something happened, you know, outside of the fiscal year, like after the fiscal year, then you would think that we’d say, oh, we’re not going to include that in the financial statements, but we may then need a disclosure for it or if something happened in the fiscal year, but it is not reflected in basically the historical cost that is recorded within the financial statements may need a disclosure there as well.
